Returns & RefundsFull refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery date. Used merchandise and opened personal care products cannot be returned. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to their credit card. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Return authorization is required. No item/product may be returned without prior approval from Luxe and Liberty. Please order personalized items carefully; personalized orders cannot be cancelled, and personalized items are not returnable, unless defective. Also, please keep in mind that several items we sell have been hand-made. On occasion, the item you receive may be slightly different than that pictured. Sizes, tones and colors are subject to variations. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us.
Order Changes and CancellationsIn our discretion, we may permit changes and cancellations in certain limited circumstances. In the event we elect to permit a cancellation or change you may be charged a restocking fee, plus any applicable delivery charges.
Damaged ItemsWe take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, however if an item arrives damaged, or defected, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Damage or defects caused by abuse or negligence are not covered. Be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.
