Shipping and Processing

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead.  Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process.  

We ship most orders via FED EX/ USPS standard deliver service to arrive 7-14 business days from the receipt of order.  Custom orders, furniture and other items where noted "Ships from Manufacturer" may take longer and if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items.

Please note that we reserve the right to select freight company services at our discretion, and that some items cannot ship to PO Boxes due to size/weight restrictions.

For customers wishing to ship orders outside of the contiguous 48 states, please contact our customer service at 1-407-362-1597, 10am-6pm (EST) Monday through Friday, or e-mail customerservice@luxeandliberty.com.  Items shipped outside the continental U.S. will result in additional surcharges, if shipping is available.

Rush Delivery & Processing

For an extra charge per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 3 pm (EST) Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. 
Please note that rush service is not available for some oversize items or for items shipped from the manufacturer. 

Standard Delivery and Processing Surcharges

Oversized items may be charged an additional surcharge as they require special handling. This amount is listed on the individual item product detail page and will be added to the standard delivery charges. When an order requires the use of freight services, please understand that the charge assessed only pays for door to door delivery and does not include in-house setup. 


PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS THOROUGHLY AT TIME OF DELIVERY.  It is the customers' responsibility to note any damages or missing items at the time of delivery.  Damages and/or missing items must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.  Keep all packing materials and cartons for inspection. Luxe and Liberty is not responsible for damage in transit or any defects resulting from abuse, alteration, or accident.  The customer must file a claim with the freight company. 

Special Orders

Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Custom order items, will generally be shipped within 4 to 8 weeks of your purchase. These time periods are only estimates based upon past experience. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays or changes in shipping dates.
